Stephen regularly fights in front of 3000+ people, and his fight’s can be seen on Sky sports, Setanta sports & a host of tv stations around the world.In his last fight he came up against Norman Parke, winner of last months American reality tv show “The Ultimate Fighter”Also on the card is Rathmullan’s Mark Barrett, also fighting out of the Letterkenny based Rilion Gracie club.
